For enquiries outside India, specify the product and destination first. Shipping arrangements, documentation, payment and delivery terms are agreed order by order.
Separate product price from delivery terms
Ask for a quotation that clearly identifies currency, quantity, supply format, packaging and any stated freight arrangements. Duties, taxes, customs responsibilities and delivery terms require explicit agreement; they are not assumed to be included.
Confirm export documentation
An Importer-Exporter Code document for Sivamalar Prints was reviewed during website preparation. Its present status and the documentation for your shipment must be checked before an order. No claim of previous exports, overseas offices or guaranteed country coverage is made.
Compare the sample to your intended application
Use an approved specification and record what the sample represents. Ask about sample charges and dispatch separately from bulk production. Avoid interpreting a digital mock-up as proof of product performance.
